Thursday a good day for Indian Hills Wrestling

CENTERVILLE, IA – Less than a year after being added to the Indian Hills athletic department, ground has been broken on the brand new Warriors wrestling training facility on the Centerville campus. Having used the Centerville High School wrestling room this past season for their inaugural campaign, the new facility will give Indian Hills their own place to call home.

Not only did they break ground on the new training facility, but Thursday also proved to be a big day elsewhere for the Warriors wrestling program. Cameron Nesbitt, a NJCAA National Qualifier at 165 lbs. this past season, announced he will transfer to IHCC from Ellsworth in Iowa Falls.

Indian Hills also made a new addition to the wrestling coaching ranks as Jordan Roths will join Head Coach Cole Spree’s staff. Roths comes to Centerville after coaching the past three seasons at one of the top Division 2 programs in the country, and his alma mater, Upper Iowa University in Fayette.
