Fairfield police, Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies, and the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office executed a search warrant at 303 S. 6th street in Fairfield. The search was a result of a months long investigation, and the police department tells us the investigation is on-going and additional charges may be filed.

George Kelley was charged with Conspiracy to Deliver more than 5 grams of Methamphetamine (B Felony), Delivery of less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine (C Felony), Possession with Intent to Deliver less than 5 grams of Methamphetamine (C Felony), Drug Tax Stamp (D Felony), Possession of Marijuana (Serious Misdemeanor), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Simple Misdemeanor), and Keeping a dwelling for keeping, possessing, selling, or using a controlled substance (Aggravated Misdemeanor).
