OTTUMWA, IA – Local high school athletics return to competition beginning this weekend as we move out of Winter break for area students. For this week’s KOTM Athlete of the Week feature, we recap our Winter sports selections thus far:

Our Athlete of the Week program is made possible thanks to the generosity of William Penn University, and the cooperation of our area high schools. This is a great accomplishment and one to be very proud of for all student-athletes!
